Return and Refund Policy

No cash refunds. Returns only for store credit or an item of equal value.
No returns on the following items:
Opened Teas
Crystals
Opened Beauty/Health Products
Used Candles
Opened Incense
All returns must have a receipt and are only accepted up to 30 days from purchase date.
All prepaid workshops, appointments and events are non-refundable. If a workshop, event, or appointment is canceled by the store owner (Kristen Leigh), the amount paid will be put towards another workshop, event, or appointment date. If you absolutely MUST cancel your appointment-due to illness or unforeseen emergencies-, please be sure to give 24 hours notice in advance and we can reschedule for another date.
