The Cove and its affiliates have the right to cancel or refuse in-shop appointments and events based on current CDC COVID guidelines.
Appointments booked must be partially or fully paid in advance to reserve your spot. If, for any reason, you cannot make your appointment, you must contact the Cove and the person you have booked within 24 hours the reason you will be unable to attend. We will hold your payment/deposit for another slot/ event date so you can attend at another time within 30 days. Money will not be refunded if not used within 30 days.
Purchases made online can only be returned in-store within a 30 day period. See refund and return policy guidelines. No cash refunds are accepted. Returns are only allowed with a receipt.

The Cove is a safe space for anyone to come and seek out their spiritual journey. as long as said person is respectful and brings only positive energy to the space. Bullying, disrespect and intolerance are not allowed on the website as well as within the shop walls.
